Can anyone or even better, everyone give me thier tips for the last week before a show? As far as what you would eat all week, drink, work out, how you would work out, cardio, etc..etc..
Any advice would be very very much appreciated.
By the way, this is for figure not bodybuilding, so im sure it would make a difference.
