Do you think you look slimmer then 11.5, or you believe you are more then that? I would of guessed 10%, looking good regardless!

Like I said before, I'm not sure about exact BF%, but you have a great physique. Nice broad shoulders, great legs, midsection looks good.
Again, i would like to see a back shot to see the glute/hammy tie-in as well as any possible BF in the lower back, hips, etc.

I would say 11.5 is on the nose looking at the pics, ur legs tummy look slighly less at 10% but upper body would be spot on! As RJH8541 says we would need a photo from the back to be 100% ....who messured ur BF% anyway and why don't you trust them ?

I had it done undewater. I think I still need to be a lot leaner for the show and its only 2 weeks away. Ill have to take a butt shot too!
