I am thinking about getting these for myself, I was wondering if they would be ok for my girlfriend to use too. She is not fat or anything. But she has some small areas like her calves and triceps that seem to "hold" more fat  any help  |

Honestly, the topicals work for some people and not for others.
Do you know what her bodyfat is at?
If she's lean already, then yes, she probably will see some results.

Also might chime in here that before you consider any type of topical her diet and training should be evaluating, most of the time there i still much room for tweaking there!
