hey girl.. ive had mine for sometime now wanting also a redo but going some larger im a 36 d and wanting to go up 2 cup sizes as well... mine are on top the muscle i guess thats a plus on that one that they dont move around and i like that they are saline as well, when i first got mine done i was in alot pain for 2 weeks had to take it easy your sore and dont want to do much lifting and walking around unless you have support on them.. but if your not going large i wouldnt worry so much about that one.... im not a bodybuilder so i dont have the muscle that i use to so i dont have to worry about that look i guess your talking about ... but i had a girlfreind that had hers done and was shopping like the next day go figure i heard everyone id different as far as pain and recovery.. so i had to take pain meds as well and not everyone has to do that either.... but i love them i would do it over a thousand times...lol and as far as going bigger is anyone on here larger in size due to implant redo and if you are , are you happy ? ..lol do they hurt your back....lol.. im sorda afraid to get mine done a second time its really no fun...lol till the effect and the pain wears off... but good luck and do make sure you are sure about the size with the doc i wanted alot larger and they didnt give me what i wanted from the get go...

BTW tt- i HAVE to lift "flat heavy" for bench press- i guess thats a bad thing huh? when you say you lift heavy with yours, how heavy are you talking weight-wise? you and i are similar in weight (i'm a little heavier) but i train chest super heavy for bench. anyway, i'm a natural C right now and have no complaints other than the "fullness factor" lol. hmm. i may go in and get a consultation. thx again! ~MINX

in short: if you are considering lifting hard after a ba (breast augmentation), then you are limited to only above the muscle. again, depends on how hard you'll continue working out, but judging from your pic, hard for you means really fucking hard.
if you don't want them to stick out like missiles, then do NOT get high-profile implants (which are most doctors' first choice). you can visit the website of mentor and mcghan to research the exact specifications of their saline implants (smooth or textured), measure your current chest, etc. approach this mathmatically, not based on what one or two other people did.
also, you WILL find that 90% of all redo's (2nd, 3rd ba's) were done b/c the ladies wanted to go larger. keeping that in mind, pick the size you want (i.e. C), and then get a half to full size bigger (i.e., large C to regular D).
i've met chyna and her boobs are not very nice. they're good, considering all that she does (wrestling, lifting, porn), but you could do a lot better.
incision site: nipple; don't do otherwise.
as for down time. it cannot be stressed more: take plenty of time off! if you don't, you jeapardize screwing up the implants. you should take a minimum of 1 week off from the gym, 2-4 weeks off from upper body, and 4-8 weeks off from chest or lats.
