hahahahahah i think i love you. i have to admit that i had an awesome coach on squatting. i don't really teach it to others a lot since i don't train many pl'ers; normal populations don't usually break parallel on squats. to define the leg/hip/glute area, heavy squats, lunges and stiff legged deadlifts are the absolute most effective exercises. but again, if you're eating like crap you won't see the results you're looking for...ever.
unimitated, you don't sound like you have very much muscle mass to begin with; 5'10'' at 135 is TINY compared to most women who lift. (as opposed to, oh, 5'6'' @ 155 LOL). you could prolly put on quite a bit of muscle and still look long, lean and feminine.
