Yes, .5mgs a day of arimidex should be a sufficient dosage to reduce/eliminate any signs of gyno.

dex is by far the weakest when it comes to gynecomastia. reccomend you pick up a stronger AI. aromasin, AIFM or letro.
btw- what is your cycle? or was your cycle (if that is the case)?
