my wife is 4 weeks out from figure comp and is runnning 20 mg of winny ed. She also just started Clen at 80mcgs a day. I have primo, equ,nolva,var,nolva and letro available to her but not sure really what else to run to help get the water off. She likes to take a water pill about 14 days out but i was wondering what you would reccomend? thanks. Stats - 5,7 135lbs 13%bf. |

Stats - 5,7 135lbs 13%bf. | is the winny inj or oral? if she is 4 weeks out I would not be adding any additional AS to her current stack, as you dont know how she may respond, thats my opinon anyways, Supergirl may suggest otherwise  Id suggest adding nolva to help get any estrogen related water retention off and harden up, at least 2 weeks out, it takes time to build up in the system to see its effect. Im doing 10mg 2xED(a.m & p.m). what water pill will she be taking? 14 days out seems too soon.

she is taking a cheaper energy water pill not full on like lasix
she is taking oral winny (would you recco inject?
what do you think about letro i heard it was three times more effective than nolva? thanks for any input and i hope your not competing in ga . haha thanks
