My girlfriend is looking to take t3. She is 21, 5'8, 168lbs. I am setting up a great diet for her and will be training her ever day. How should she dose this? Also, she is on BIRTHCONTROL. Is it safe? Please help me out girls. I need to help her get back into shape. She is always upset and crying about her figure. I really want to help her out. Thanks! |

I would def hold off on the t3 right now and let the diet and cardio take the pounds off. She could always add in ECA which would be a safer alternative. Just my thoughts...

^ Jul, is right as usual... She doesnt need t3 at all, what she needs is a good diet and cardio program... she needs to figure out some macros and healthy foods to eat on a daily basis (save a carb load up/cheat day). This will take the lbs off not just throwing t3 down the hatch.

Yep, I agree Skarhead! I do a carb cut-off at 6:00pm and avoid the carb/fat combo in any meal.(with the exception of my free/cheat day) Doing cardio first thing in the morning on an empty stomach is another thing that works well for me. Best of luck to her. I know how we women are when it comes to our bodies! Never happy...LOL
