GH question
Is it recommended to cycle growth hormone or can you take it year round? | | Reply » GH question |
There is no single answer to this question...
It depends on the purpose at hand ie: deficiency = year round and under a doctors supervision
otherwise i would suggest cycles... too much gh can cause adverse effects over a prolonged period of time.. (enlarged organs is the first that comes to mind) so you always want to keep dosages low rhroughout your cycle, HOWever... gh does work better over extended periods rather than short cycles (16 week cycles- 6 months) but year round with no break, i can't answer with a definitive yes or no but rather it is by the descretion of the user and or doctor...

Thank you for the reply. I am doing 1.5 for 5 days on and 2 off. I think I will run it for 6 months then take a break from it and get a Dr. checkup, bloodwork, etc.
How long do you run it and what dosage do you take?

How long do you run it and what dosage do you take? | Hi there figuregirl I have seen from MANY different experiments that it is better for a female to run 1iu 5days on and 2days off. This lessens the sides that can occur. Some of the sides that I have wittnessed are numbness in the middle finger and ring finger as well as the feet especially during cardio. 6 months is a good amount of time to run this. As super said it is better to run it long. ..............DS
