Age 21, weight 205, 11%bf, and ive been lifting for about 5 years now. Ive done one previous cycle back in April - May. Winstrol & Deca. I gained about 18 pounds.

ok youve run deca before so you no how you react to it........
week 1-10 test 350mg a week divided dose mon/thurs
week 1-10 deca 300mg a week divided dose mon/thurs........
you can mix the test and deca in the one syringe. ........
this is a good begginer cycle and should net some good gains.......just remember to runa good PCT ...and have anti -e on hand.....
