Ladies, I need your help with my g/f
Can you ladies point me in the right direction with some info for my g/f
Shes gained some weight in the past few months and it gets her down.
Shes asking my help to lose it and guide her in training, but I'm not sure exactly what direction to point her in. I know what works for me and not females.
I think she is holding a ton of water. To begin with. and could lose alot of it fast.
She is 23, about 5'8" maybe 180. Not sure.
Can you hook me up with a guide line on:
what foods for her to eat? calorie intake? fat, carbs, protein,
And maybe even a training schedule.

Drink as much water as comfortable daily. Watch her sodium intake as well. Also may want to try a body detoxification.

Depending on her build, those may not be bad stats.

Same as you... High protien, low GI carbs, and Essential Fatty acids. Want more, let me know.
calorie intake? fat, carbs, protein,
My best success has come from writing down my exact diet when I am not gaining or losing weight. Take that calorie amount, and then deduct 1750-3000 cals a week from it. That will reduce her weight by approx a half to one pound a week. It will need to be re-evalutated as she loses weight and needs less cals to sustain it.
And maybe even a training schedule.
I'd start by getting her into cardiovascular shape. Hit the bike EOD for 20 minutes. Not a little pussy ride like BB'rs do for fat loss, you are trying to strengthen her cardio system. The I would look at keeping up the cardio at 3x a week and adding in 2 full body workout days. Perhaps a circuit training on M and Thuts. That will keep her busting ass, but give her a couple days off a week.
Thanks Ladies. | Well, I'm not a lady..but....for you I'll act like one. In red my brother.

Thanks JC3.
I don't think her stats are bad, just a little heavier then she wants. When I met her she was like 160/165. And in my opinion perfect.
I think I'll recommend cardio 3 times a week and 2 days lifting. I think she will want to opt for more cardio.

But once her bodyfat is low enough to show her actual figure, she'll wish she did a little weight lifting. Once you strip away the fat, muscle that has no tone bellies and suffers from atrophy looks just as flabby as fat. The cardio will help with her legs, and possibly some of her body, but circuit training with moderate weight and reps would really change her body composition. J

diet is key, a no carb diet for 12 weeks with minimal cardio would work well.

yeah she claims that she puts muscle on pretty good and doesn't want to over do it, so I think a 2 day a week full body would be good. Along with some cardio.
ANd of course the diet needs to be dialed in. I told her it takes a lot of prep work and she claims she is up for it. Maybe it will help me out to.
