Winny deepened my voice
Alright girls, I need some input. I'm going to be starting up my next summer cycle and I'm not sure if I should shorten it. My cycle for last year's competitions(figure) consisted of Winny: 50mg/per week, Clen: 80mcg/per day: 2on 2off. I was originally only going to do a 12week plan, but it extended to more like 19-20weeks due to taking on another competition. My problem is this: I noticed quite a change in my voice! I immediately came off the Winny, and my voice returned to normal after a few weeks. I like the look I got with that cycle, but I don't want to run into the same problem. If I shortened the cycle, would I avoid this problem and still get the results?
Second Question: Diet was kept very clean, training was focused on slightly heavier weight, moderate/high cardio. This was very effective, came in nicely for the shows, but could've dropped more BF. I kept my carbs at 100/per day, 1500calories, 195g protein/per day, and that kept me going thru the day. This was spread out thru three meals, one whey shake, and one MRP. Once I started the depletion prior to showtime, I definitely felt it in fatigue. Any ideas on a general tweaking of this w/o having to drag myself thru training sessions? Weight sessions are a 4day split, cardio sessions are 5-6days; 30-40minutes. Oh yeah, stats: 5'7" offseason: 155lbs comp. weight(ideallly): 135lbs BF currently in 20's, not quite sure. | | Reply » Winny deepened my voice |
Quote: | WHat role would prolactin buildup play in women using a nor-19 like decca? | What do you mean what role would prolactin buildup play?? what prolactin buildup?? ok.. firstly... as we all know, aas exhibit very different effects on men and women.. so knowing that nand is a progestin and will cause havoc with men if taken without test or the like.. it plays a different role with women.. Deca in women will raise test levels. It has both anabolic and androgenic effects in women... Not to mention that durabolin is even better handled by women... Elevated test levels are the desired effect of an aas and the benefit of using an aas... Normally with women, when test is administered, there is both prog and est suppression... Now given the fact that deca is a progestin, progesterone levels in women will not be decreased as much as estrogen levels and progesterone will still play its part in the woman's body such as irritability, abdominal fat storages, possible acne etc... but the effects of progesterone in the women's body is decreased by deca rather than increased as with men... So i would not consider progesterone a problematic side effect of deca as it is in men. The testosterone effect is the strongest as it is the hormone that is increased most by deca usage in women... so, imo prolactin should not be a problem for women... unless they have extremely high progesterone levels to begin with... and that would need a doctors immediate attention... therefore deca is probably not the best choice for women with elevated prog levels. On a side note.. studies have shown that B6 helps to lower progesterone levels as well as Bromocriptine.. IMO i would use the B6 as my first choice.. Does that answer your question Rocco?? luv supes

instead of Winni - try EQ - 70 mg per week...! along with Clen (cycle on 2 weeks and cycle off 2 weeks using efedrin instead) and anavar - 15mg per day...no more then 20. NO CHANGING IN VOICE!!!

I remember talking to my first boxing coach about diet and supplements. The first thing ever I heard of steroids was from him. He was talking about stromba (winstrol), how a lot of his guys were taking it, and that it worked; but that you got a heavy voice from using it. At the time I was just a kid and had zero knowledge about steroids. I didn't even realize stromba was a steroid, and frankly neither did he. By now, 12 years later, it's one of the few steroids I never tried. Being a man, I really don't care if it lowers my voice. Good to hear your voice returned to normal afterwards - I can imagine it's not as pleasant for a woman.
