 Winny deepened my voice


Alright girls, I need some input.
I'm going to be starting up my next summer cycle and I'm not sure if I should shorten it. My cycle for last year's competitions(figure) consisted of Winny: 50mg/per week, Clen: 80mcg/per day: 2on 2off. I was originally only going to do a 12week plan, but it extended to more like 19-20weeks due to taking on another competition.
My problem is this: I noticed quite a change in my voice! I immediately came off the Winny, and my voice returned to normal after a few weeks.
I like the look I got with that cycle, but I don't want to run into the same problem. If I shortened the cycle, would I avoid this problem and still get the results?


Second Question:
Diet was kept very clean, training was focused on slightly heavier weight, moderate/high cardio.
This was very effective, came in nicely for the shows, but could've dropped more BF.
I kept my carbs at 100/per day, 1500calories, 195g protein/per day, and that kept me going thru the day.
This was spread out thru three meals, one whey shake, and one MRP. Once I started the depletion prior to showtime, I definitely felt it in fatigue. Any ideas on a general tweaking of this w/o having to drag myself thru training sessions? Weight sessions are a 4day split, cardio sessions are 5-6days; 30-40minutes.
Oh yeah, stats:
5'7"
offseason: 155lbs
comp. weight(ideallly): 135lbs
BF currently in 20's, not quite sure.

first of all.. congrats for stepping on stage!!

now.. as per your questions..
will winny lower your voice again.. probably to absolutely.. however, YES you can cut it short and still see those great results.. My suggestion is to listen to your body.. if you feel your voice starting to crack and get raspy, then you have 2 options.. either lower your dosage and see if your voice recovers or quit.. Honestly, you are lucky your voice returned to normal.. sometimes voices stay deep.. so please use precaution!!

Now.. as per your 2nd Q:
i am not sure what you want answered.. do you need help with depletion for your show or do you need help with energy for your training?? please clarify so i can assist you better

I am also looking into possible trying to incorporate Deca possibly, to help me get the harder look. I still am researching this. I am definitely shell-shocked from the Winny. I'll keep you posted.
Secondly, I was wondering how I can tweak the diet for the weeks leading up to the show. I can handle the depletions the week prior to showtime, only because I'm not training, just resting. I want to come in this year harder, tighter & smaller. I was wondering if I could just do this with the diet alone w/o my energy levels taking a dive. I'm a very muscular girl, and it tells me immediately if it isn't getting enough! If I could manipulate the diet to get the same results, w/o the chemicals, and still get the look, I'll try!

You might post up a sample of your daily meals so we can take a look at it. You might be able to boost your energy level through tweaking your carb intake.

Are you taking any kind of ECA stack??? Honestly, while prepping for show I can't hardly get by without some kind of pick me up because I keep my carbs really low.

Also, we might be able to work in some kind of carb refeed day which would help with the energy thing and help you drop some xtra body fat.

3 meals a day doens't sound like enough to me. I concurr, post up that diet.

Also, when you say 50 mg a week of Winny are we talking injectables or orals?? If it's inject what kind?? How many shots?

I will take an ECA on the days I'm off Clen. (I take in the Clen 80mcg/day - 2on 2off) I've had a little trouble with the ECA lately, it makes me really spacey & bad shakes! The Clen isn't much better, but not as bad on the spaciness.
Typical day:
Meal 1:
1/2 cup oatmeal
1 tsp honey
5 eggs(4white/1yk)
Meal 2: whey Protein
Meal 3:
Chix breast or 1 large can tuna/chix
Sweet potato or rice cakes
1/2 cup broccoli or small salad(lemon juice or italian dressng)
Meal 4: whey protein (a Prolab MRP if I'm feeling too run down, or a rice cake with 2tsp natural PB)
Meal 5:
chix breast or large can of tuna/chix
1/2 cup broccoli

Faye: I take injectable V. I began taking one shot a week, but found I saw better results splitting it into two seperate shots thru the week.
