I understand that you were joking but I was just wondering what the most youve seen a woman bench? I know a woman in Austin that can bench 250 but thats the most Ive ever seen. Im curious if anyone has seen more? Chelsea

well, right now i cant go to the gym. 9 weeks ago i broke my neck in a car accident & i am in a halo. i go into surgery monday to put my spine back in place ( in my neck). also to fuse a broken joint w/ a metal plate & to repair some fractures. i wont be in a gym for a few more weeks.
but i usually wear a tank top & shorts. comfy

no i dont think ive seen any women bench that much. maybe the strong women that come on espn can. you know that competition that sponcered by met rx. usually focuses on the strongmen competition.

Mtex,
DAMN!!! are you paralized temporarily? i wish you well in your surgery and recovery. MAN!! your neck! thats serious. if i were in your shoes, i wouldnt rush the healing process. especially the point where you think you feel well and you want to do regular tasks.

yea, it's been a long recovery. i have overcome many injuries but this one knocked me down hard. i'm hoping to be back in the gym in a couple of months. someone asked me recently how i kept my arms so toned up w/ this halo on, i asked them if they had seen my arms before my accident. they might be toned now but they were SWOLE before LOL
