I need more details......what kind of cardio and how much each time. How often are you weight training?

Give me a run down of your diet. 4 weeks is not alot. You are pretty much where you are gonna be. 5-10 pounds is probably the biggest difference you can see losing the weight safely.

I need more details but let me give you a few quick tips......

1. Cut out all beverages except for water and drink at least 3 litres each day.

2. Get at least 5 servings of vegetables not including corn, peas and carrots each day.

3. Cut your carbs low but not completely.....replace with lean protein such as chicken, turkey, no fat cottage cheese, protein powder, etc.

4. Get essential fatty acids which include nuts and nut butters, UDO's oil, olive oil, avocado, fatty fish such as salmon.

5. Include protein at every meal. I suggest protein with a carb source once or twice each day....the carb preferably being low GI such as brown rice, oatmeal or ezekiel bread. Then have the other meals protein fat such as chicken and some nuts or cottage cheese mixed with peanut butter. The rest of the meals make protein with fibrous vegetable....make it a large amount of the veggie.

6. Take a multivitamin....might not do anything for weight loss directly but still important.

7. When you lift weights lift HEAVY. You won't bulk up like you think....lift as heavy as you can.

8. When doing cardio make at least 2 session HIIT. If you don't know what HIIT is then do a search on the site.....this will help you burn fat best of all.

9, You can also do cardio on an empty stomach or with a protein source before......this is known to help burn fat.

10. Count your calories........to lose fat I suggest you multiply your bodyweight in pounds times 12 or 13. That is the amount of calories you should take approx to lose weight. 15 is maintaining and 18 would be bulking. This is approximate of course.

Those are few quick tips. Give me more details on your program and diet and I can help you fine tune it some more....

You got 4 weeks.. its crunch time... low carb..under 50 grams a day.. major cardio...as much as you can stand...drink water only... .

We don't know anything else about your current weight and your current level of fitness...so we can only tell what works in general.. I would leave the proviron alone though (I am not familiar with proviron and females though) and stick to the hard core diet and cardio..and the night before your wedding..eat something normal with carbs in it...and the morning of.. you don't want to be cranky on your wedding day.. good luck!
