Hey, its beca again. Ok i have a dilemma. I have not taken anything since my last show, although i am thinner but still have some muscle. I need to build up fast and then drop all in the next 12 weeks. I have the 20mg anavar and i have 10 mg winny tabs. What do you suggest i do to build up as much as i can before i compete. My body fat is always naturally very low. Thanks for your help !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hey B.. no worries girl, you can do this!!

ok.. i know you know, but 12 weeks out, your diet HAS to be clean... get your bodyweight in protein to help your muscle gains and conditioning.. keep your carbs in but controlled... around 6 weeks out take a look at the diet again to make adjustments for cutting..

with both winny and var you WILL NEED to use a liver support like milk thistle or silymarin!!! also keep an eye on your cholesterol!! the combo has the tendency to increase bad cholesterol..

Here is my suggestion..
week 1 - 10mg var ED
week 2 - 10mg var ED 5mg winnie ED
week 3 - 20mg var ED 5mg winnie ED
week 4 - week 8 - 20mg var ED 10mg winnie ED (see how you are tolerating everything... if you are ok with NO sides continue til week 10...) also re-check your diet... right now you should be looking pretty damn muscular and lean!!
week 10 - 20mg var 5mg winnie
week 11 & week 12 (through your show) - 10mg var (also any cutting agents)

For the first question, i did winny only so far, the injectable... which i did not have much as far as sides and the dose i took was really low but i dont want to do the injectable again.
I need to put on some more muscle, especially my legs. I still have a descent amount in my upper body. I am naturally very lean. My bodyfat is already pretty low.
I am eating clean right now, have been for a few weeks already. I only weight 114, when i was on winny i was about 130 and then around 120 when i competed, so i am low right now.
I keep hearing different things like, winny is just to get you lean and anavar can put some muscle on, then i hear the opposite.
Also, i am not really sure what milk thistle or silymarine is..... i will do it if its what i am supposed to do just not sure what or where you get it. I have my winny tabs now but wont have the var until Tuesday. Im running out of time and worried about getting some size on but again, i drop body fat so fast and easy that i dont need the typical length of time to do that. Thanks so much for the help!!

You NEED to eat about 120 grams of protein a day to increase your lean muscle mass!!!
winny in more androgenic then var (not by too much) so therefore winny has the tendency to put on more muscle then var.. however var seems to increase strength more than winny.. Just be careful of your joints while on winny!!

ok.. milk thistle and silymarin can be bought otc at Vitamin Shoppe etc.. they are herbs that detoxify and cleanse the liver.. VERY necessary when doing alk17 orals... I normally also take cranberry extract with my milk thistle to help along my kidneys as well

Cutting agents: honestly, water manipulation works wonders.. if you are up to a gallon-a gallon and a half per day, you will be able to cut water very nicely.. also a mild diruetic if you are holding a bit helps.. you can use an otc dandelion root or pick another mild one..

also to cut, ephedra... tanning with thimucase or dmso applied to the stubborn areas... i also drink a hot cup of coffee prior to working out to raise my body temp and for the extra jolt of caffeine...

there are harsher cutters out there, but if you don't need them, don't bother..

as you said, you are lean..

worry about getting in your protein!!! Also try a bit of a plyometric leg training routine (sprints, jumps, any explosive fast twitch exercise) it will help to shock your legs and bring them in... oh yea, & SQUAT!! hack is fine.. whatever works..
