Not exactly sure what the calorie count is on that but im guessing almost 2K cal and 100 grams of protein
its different everytime i make it
most of the time im able to choke the whole thing down but i have to go lay down... which helps me get to sleep
Its definately a bulking diet
im on the 3rd week of my test dbol and EQ cycle and ive gained gone from 195 to almost 230 already
Seems its working
