I have started eating the pasteurized raw egg whites.
What I have been soing is just putting them in a glass, mixing some milk in and a little chiocolate protein powder and just downing it.

Pretty gross, but not too bad.

What goes well with eggwhites? For some reason i keep thinking orange juice would be a good mix, but i am not sure I wanna try it.

Some heat, little bit o butter and my 8" calphalon omlette pan.
