i don tknow if you all have seen the new muscle and fitness mag but they had a meal plan that had 5 meal a day(4 meals 1 snack) for all seven days a week..it had a choice for cooking, or the easy way out. if anyones interested ill post it but im not going to type all that if nobody gives a shit. Its more for a bulking kinda deal. it lists all the protein, cals, fat, carbs for each meal also......i like it myself. if anyones interested let me know and ill post. |

The best thing is to learn to cook--it is fun and cooking a good meal for your girlfriend is good foreplay.
