Since you shoot Fina EOD, I'd think you'd rotate e.g right glute, left glute, right thigh, left thigh - and then over again. Is this usual, or is Fina a pain if you shoot it in the thigh (like some say prop is?) ?. |

Fina is easy to stick in all the usual places.

Its quite painless everywhere IMO. I've stuck in the glute, thigh, delt, lat, chest, bicep, and tricep. All are fine.

I still shoot glute, alternating left and right. But I make sure not to pick the exact same spot to prevent scarring.
