A fav. breakfast or snack of mine is scrambled eggs on toast. On the toast u have vegemite then a slice of cheese.
Even my wife thought I was mad until she tried it. It's tops.

I'm always eating scrambled egg and cheese sandwiches. I usually add a few slices of ham though.
What's vegimite? Sorry if someone else asked this already....

cheese eh?...i just heard about low/no fat cheese? is this possible and where exactly do i look in the grocery store
