If you eat it plain...............

Try Goya brand Tuna in water. Buy the one with halapeno pepper tips in it. YOu can get it in oil as well which makes it very easy to eat. Either way the shit rocks.


If you want to mix it up a bit...................
Buy woebers sandwich pal horsradish sauce. (very low fat and carbs and cals) mix it with Goya halepeno tuna. Buy some pickled eggs and take 3 of them and dump the yokes out. Mix with the Tuna. Oh yeah and add tabasco to the jar of eggs about a week in advance before eating.
