save your money, go buy some sugar free/fat free instant pudding, and put a scoop or 2 of your favorite protein powder in while stirring.

Been there and done that. IT's cheaper but you know it as soon as the spoon hits your mouth. THis stuff is indistinguishable from regular pudding.

Try making your own custard homemade it is cheaper, not filled with chemicals, and it follows the simplest rule of healthy eating--the less processed it is, generally the better it is for you.
