just go the easy way..way until the icecream melts a bit..then mix it with the powder then freeze it again..amazing!!

High protein homemade ice cream
You will need an ice cream maker for this, a cheap one can be had at Target or Wal Mart for less than $20.
Ingredients:
3 whole eggs beaten
Whole milk
Protien powder--I prefer ON 100% whey chocolate mint or chocolate-the other flavors are sickenly sweet.
vanilla extract
I also use a bit of almond extract too
6 to 8 cups whole milk
6 to 8 scoops protein powder
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon almond extract
3 whole eggs beaten
Mix ingredients together put in icecream maker and you have a high protein ice cream with less sugar than normal ice cream it is delicious. |
