The Chili sounds awesome, Husky. How many "average" people would this feed? Also, what are the carbs/fats/protein in this chili?

Thanks.

the best thing to do is ADD up all the ingrediant nutrients and then divide by however many serving you wanna make it into.

I find it impossible to make a small batch of chili--this is definitely more than a couple of servings, but it freezes well if you make too much. I do not know what average means when it comes to eating I am a big eater. Most of the carbs in this chili come from vegetables and the one can of beans, the meat is fairly low in fat, and the protein is fairly high--exact amounts I do not know.

Simple egg meal-very easy, very tasty

Ingredients:
6 eggs beaten with 1/4 cup of milk
1/2 cup of freshly grated parmesan or asiago cheese--do not use pre-grated grate yourself!
1 cup lightly steamed broccolli
2 green onions chopped finely
1 carrot grated
1 pinch cinnamon
1 pinch salt
1/4 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
1 pat butter
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 red sweet pepper chopped finely

In a cast iron pan--or a frying pan but cast iron is superior, get pan hot on stovetop to 350 degrees. Add pat of butter and olive oil, put in chopped onion, grated carrot, cinnamon, red pepper, red pepper flakes stir until sizzling then add broccolli, stir some more.

Add shredded asiago cheese into egg mixture and pour into sizzling pan, stir vigorously until everything is coated with egg cheese mixture cook until eggs are firm.

The best scrambled eggs ever.
