I ran accutane supervised by my doc when I first did it. 5 month run @ 1mg/kg bodyweight. Thats the standard cycle, because the drug literally damages the sebaceous glands which produce oil which leads to acne. You need a somewhat long run of 'tane to get this effect and have it last. Ive been mostly acne free for over 3 years now. You can run a lesser dose if you dont have the seriously nasty cystic acne (if you havent bled through a shirt you probably dont have this type of acne).

i just got a prescription for 40mg a day and the doc said plan on it for 6 month s unless it clears up before i am only on my 7 th day and havnt seen anyuthing yet but soon i hope
mine is really bad it dose bleed threw the shirt it sucks cuase i ll be at the gym doing bench and the wieght will press against the back and then i look in the mirror and there will be red spots all over it sucks and it hurts but hopefully soon it will clear up
