does someone know a good 5 day split/routine. I love going to the gym so Id really like to go mon-friday but I need a new routine now. ill take 4 day splits in to consideration. Iam trying to bulk up right now but in a lean way.

i know it seems like a lot but my body is really taking to it well. I have been doing it for 3 months now. I do not think i am over training, and I figure I am young and can take it.

nothing wrong w 5 day splits ive used and gained very well. I never train less than 5 days a week.

keep work outs short and intense..do one body part per day, but do it in under 45 min.. then rest.
