i do flat bench incline dumbells weighted dips cable tri extention. i dont train for boxing at all yet but curious how to feel like i could throw a strong punch, what exercise am i missing out on. |

Vegas is right. Like any explosive movement the primary source of power is the core. Also remember force = mass x acceleration so more speed and/or more mass equals a stronger punch.
