I think using wrist wraps have weakened my wrists. Ive been doing some conditioning work doing oly lifts and my wrists are just straight up pussified cause they hurt even with 135 on the bar. anything i can do to make them strong? |

Is it muscle pain? joint pain? weakness?

More like tendons I guess. nothing muscle related at all

How long have you had the pain?
Did it only start once you got rid of the wrist wraps?
If you think it is due to irritation I would take some ibuprofin and take it easy for a couple days.

Its only when I do the lifts, and then mayve 5 minutes after that --there is no pain anymore.
I just use wrist wraps for squatting and benching and i my wrists just dont know what its like to be bent at all anymore i guess

why did u start using the wraps in the first place?
