  30 mins of cardio enought to cut?

 30 mins of cardio enought to cut?


My workout regimine is as follows (natty for now, will be starting a cycle next month continuing the cut):

Mon - Chest/Bi's/30min cardio
Tues - Back/Tris/30 min cardio
Wed - 45 min cardio
Thursday - legs/30min cardio
friday - shouldrs/lagging parts/30mind cardio
saturday - 45 m cardio

Diet is about 2200 calories. Cardio is jogging (lol some walking right now), eliptical and biking. I will be including test,eq, t3 and Clen. What's your take?

oh, and stats are:

5'10 , 207lbs
( lost a lot of mass being off 2 weeks cuz of my shoulder, then another month for surgery but I really need to cut cuz from now on it's a clean slate and lean bulks from here out)

I don't see how...I need 6 days a week of cardio and 4 days a week of weight training.

try not to overtrain.

try it out and see how it works.

Does anybody have a really good 3 day split? I'd rather work out 3 days a week but I can't seem to get everything I need done in that time.

you could throw legs in with shoulders to cut down a day
