Ok I layed off my MMA training for a while because I thaught I was overtraining! Now the more I read the more I think im still overtraining! Is this too much Monday legs Sqauts leg press leg ext leg curl Straight leg deadlift standing and seated calfs
Tuesday Back&Shoulders Pulldowns Seated cable rows Bent over rows straight arm pulldowns Shrugs Mil press lateral raise
Wednesday Chest Bench Incline dumbell Decline incline flyes machine flyes
Thursday arms barbell curls incline curls concentration curls tricep pulldowns overhead pulldowns skull crushers
I do all these with moderate weight 6-8 reps till positive failure |

Most likely. However, there is a simple test. If you go up in weights each week you are not over traning. If you dont -- you are over training -- go find out for youself. how are we supposed to know your genetic make up and whether or not you can handle that work load

i wouldnt consider that over training.... not for me anyways. how sore are you the next day ?

soreness dont mean a thing.i'm with angry tuesday shoulders wednesday chest = no go.

I switched Monday and Tuesday and my muscles arent sore by the next workout.
