Do you guys use gloves when you're at the gym?
I see no reason not to, yet i see most people don't even wear em. I can't figure out why. So I just was wondering..

just chalk, wrist wraps and straps if necessary

I Have To Agree With The Above Statements. Gloves Are For Pussies. Chalk Rules. You Will End Up With A Much Better Grip In The End.
