  no work, less eat

 no work, less eat

a question

when you took a leave from gym, a time out from workouts, is it normal that your appetite will decrease too? from heavy ass eating, i'm down to moderate-to-mild eating.

current weight this morning of 02/24/07 was 189]

i feel tired, drained and weak. i suppose taking a month's off was a bit too much and following stress and all..god i hate it.

you seem overtrained. Loss of appetite and dehydration are good signs aswell as joints hurting etc

i suppose. work sucks too. that's a big ass shit

yeah, my appetite reduces when i don't train, probably a good thing tho...at least you won't gain to much fat. try and eat enough protein to keep your muscle mass. keep hydrated..etc..the first couple of weeks will be tuff back at the gym, but, gains will come quick, when you start training, eating, sleeping again.just tell yourself that its temporary.

thanks gimp. i'm planning on hitting light weights with high reps...10-15 at least or 20 on squats. also, higher abdominal workout reps. thanks again

yeah, protein is in check and so is water. carbs/calories dropped though and it's summer time here in the philippines...so i'm more into water than food. sucks
