PCT TRAINING (to keep gains)...
PCT Training (to keep gains)...
I'm not sure if this is the best place to post this thread, but I am curious how others modify their training during PCT (and on to being clean) to keep the most gains, not overtraining or undertraining.

my training always stays exactly the same... I don't do more volume when on...my weights usually stay the same too because if "on" I don't tend to increase lifts more than 10-20 lbs in a cycle so I don;t loose strength. i know some guys are able to increase their lifts 50lbs + but it doesn't for like that for me and they loose about half of the gain when off.
most people I know who cycle do not change their routines

most people I know who cycle do not change their routines | Simply put, that is not possible with massive fluctuations in hormone levels, unless you are training too easy when you are on, and too hard when you are off. If you are on and your free test levels are 5X or 8X or even more your natural level, then it is obvious that your recovery level is GREATLY heightened and work load needs to be significantly increased. The opposite goes for PCT where in most, if not all cases, hormone levels will go even below natural levels (at least for a little while). If one keeps their high intensity, high work volume up during this time, burn out (and other negative things) will occur, period. So, I am wondering how those with significant experience with this issue deal with it the most effectively, keeping as much gains as possible. I have my own experience, but like to try to learn from others as well.

All feedback appreciated. | I haved found in the past that after being on, I can train at the same weight, but i may have to cut back the amount of reps. But I try to keep the same weight...so, toi compensate for not being able to keep the same rep range, I can add an extra set, and take a bit longer rest in my sets..i always lifted heavy and powerlifted...so i need to keep the weight the same also... I dont change anything. I keep training just as hard and the same as I did while on cycle.
