This is often overlooked but your pelvis plays a huge part in your working out. Myself as an example after i do heavy squats and deads my right leg will become shorter then my left if i dont do a good amount of stretching afterwards. I still see the chiropractor about once a month for it.

I agree that pelvic stability is important, but disagree that it alone is the core.
you need to look at the whole picture including pelvis, posterior chain and abs/TA's etc
