Going to buy a new belt --thoughts please

Looking into a good belt for your below average Gym Rat :-0 haha.

Here is one I am considering--

Do you guys buy the size that would fall into your waist measurement or a bit bigger?

Thanks Guys.

That's a good belt.

I got one from Titan that I love. It took 4 weeks to get the damn thing though.
Another option is to pick up one from APT.

As for the size, they are based on the proper size. I bought one for my waist size and have plenty of holes in it for expansion.

Prior to completing your purchase, email the seller and ask them about it. Some brands run a little snugger than others. If you email the seller, you should get the right answer for the exact belt you are ordering.
For instance, on APT's website.....there is advice for measuring prior to placing your order.

Here are their belts.
BTW, they sponsor several boards (including ironaddicts).

if its a buckle make sure its a single prong imo . i prefer the lever belts .

single prong, 10mm. the 13mm are too stiff and take forever to break in. imho

I haven't used a belt in 20 years..... and I have not had a back problem since...however..If I were to max out on a squat or deadlift... I would consider it... more for squats then deadlifts...
