I did a spinning class with my wife last night. It was a lot of fun. I'm off cycle right now. I'm pretty lean as it is. I'll start another cycle at the start of May. Do you guys think doing a spinning class once a week will kill my gains? I'm not over my genetic max yet and my diet is spot on. I keep my cycles pretty small. So far I've never done more than 400mg/week of test e. I'll bump the dose up to 600mg/week in May.
Thanks for the input! |

I don't understand why people are so scared of cardio! it's essential to your health, and as long as your diet is in check and your not seriously overdoing it, then you have nothing to worry about!

No, it won't. I agree, people are way too scared of cardio. I'm going 8 hours a week of it at moderate to high intensity, and I am maintaining my weight. I could gain if I wanted to, I'm so hungry from all the exercise.

thats right, if you maintain sufficient calorie intake, then it shouldn't matter
