You think this is too much? I don't mind doing it. I'm currently cutting, doing 1 hour of cardio ED, but I'd like to throw in another hour just 2x a week (days when I don't do weight training). It's hot HIIT or anything, I keep my heart rate around 155-165. It would be an AM session and a PM session.
Diet is 2200 cals a day. 200g carb, 300-350g protein. |

No I don't think it is too much. 155-165 is pretty high intensity but if you can do that for long periods, more power to you. Today I ran for an hour at an average heart rate of 150, and felt good enough to train legs, traps, and delts later.

Try it. If your gains dont/do suffer, you got your answer. my gains probably wouldnt suffer from that much cardio
