ok i know u guys said that u should use the real stuff but i couldnt get a hold of any ......so i'm running novedex by gaspari for 3 weeks like this:
1st week 200mg for 5 days (took week off of the gym also)
2nd week: 150 mg for 9 days (back in gymand have kept most of my strength and size i still weight in at 205 which is what i left off at at end of m1t cycle)
3rd week: 100 mg for 7 days

also i am taking in 205 to 250g of protien
205-410g of carbs
and around 60g of good fats
i'm also taking Bicreatol XS by bsn (side note tastes like shit)
its a creatine protien blend with other goodies
Pre-Load creatine Complex from ON it has other goodies in it like bcaa's and GH Max form universal they say its a gh but really its just L- arginine and ornithine with boron, Beta-Sitosterol, L-Carnitine, and Gamma Oryzanol which i dont believe any of those promote actual gh and i always take in the animal pack 1 pack a day....ill keep u guys posted on how this works........
