asprin in ECA
I know asprin thins the blood but how does that actually help with takeing ehpedra and caffine together. Im taking an old bottle of trimspa with ephedra and caffine and it definatly works, but would adding the asprin really help out that much? | | Reply » asprin in ECA |

Ditch the aspirin, its actually more determental to gains than helpful. Its a COX2 inhibitor, which in short, inhibits protein synthesis, which is not what you want being a bodybuilder.

i find the asprin is a good addition. it helps it get though ur blood stream faster and add to the effect of the ephedrine and caffeine. but the asprin i use is the LOW DOSE 81mg so it should not effect protein synthesis. i also make my own ECA with vasopro ephedrine and 200mgs caffeine. i find it works alot better and at a fraction of the coast, about only 15 bucks total for like 100 servings and u can also adjust the dose of either the ephedrine and caffeine so it works better for u.
