No... why would they?

I figure if people use them for cuttin the have somethin to do with reducing bloat and on my water pills it say caffeine free.

Well caffeine's a diuretic, but a mild one, soooo....

Maybe at extremely high doses, but being drunk all the time would probably be safer.
