do you know how many differnt types of whey there are? I said isolate. not concentrate. concentrate is the cheap shit that bloats you. isolate does not. plaese do some reading goldy. some of the stuff youy say makes little or no sense. whey is not derived from cheese, it comes from milk. you have the internet do a google search on the questions you have then you get it first hand and not someone's opinion. quit being lazy.
