  Thoughts on Glutamine PEPTIDES???

 Thoughts on Glutamine PEPTIDES???

Waddup,

I konw that universally everyone considers glutamine as a waste of time, money, and effort.......but what about glutamine peptides such as Gplenish and a few other products on the market advertised as pure glutamine peptides.

Do these products still convert into glucose after injestion and digestion or do the peptides somehow increase absortion.

Does muscle volumization occur along with quicker recovery?

I've asked a couple times for you to explain (in your own words) ketosis, can you do this? or are you going to tell me to read a book, and post some abstracts? glutamine being converted to glucose is only one possible scenario, however it is still not the first choice for the body.

Why would I sit here and explain to you ketosis?? We're discussing the efficacy of glutamine, if you want to learn about ketosis, you can do that on your own..... maybe you can explain to me in detail thermodynamics or something??

Get out of left field.

I tend to evade newbie questions. Unless you have something relavent to add to the topic, maybe you should leave the thread. The burdon of proof still lies on you to prove the efficacy of glutaminbe, other than "it works for me!" May I suggest starting here... www.pubmed.com Goodluck.
