i think peptides do have a higher absorption rate, but it all comes down to price and if it's worth it to you. peptides are only a portion glutamine. let me rephrase that. 100gms of glutamine peptides won't equal 100gms of glutamine. i forget the exact amount but i think peptides yield about 50% glutamine. someone with a better figure should correct me on this.
