I've read so many threads saying its s@#$, then I had read on other sites that it works great over time, nothing compared to real steroids, but it works! are there any experienced users of HMB in here? what did u think? |

since HMB is a metabolite of LEUCINE, you might try LEUCINE.
It costs pennies.

hmmm..i guess that money spent last month on HMB and l-glutamine was a waste...but I got 2 bottles of CLA for a really good price though, that should make up for it...heh

u need to take hmb in high doses and for a loooong time. you will see gains, but will have spent a mountain of money. it's not a bunk product, but your money could go farther with so many other things.
