Hey everyone,
Who knows about creatine? IDSSports is coming out with a (new?) creatine soon. creatine Titrate rather than creatine Monohydrate. It supposedly has better absorption so I guess less would be needed, also they say there's no muscle cramping nor dehydrating. Does anyone know anything about the validity of these claims? Has anyone used creatine titrate and care to relate any experiences with it in comparison to creatine monohydrate? |

I think that's the same type of creatine in San's V-12 which I'm currently using. Try a google search!

Never heard of creatine titrate but I am waiting for the arival of CE2.
Does anyone have any info on the subject as far as have they seen it on the market anywhere? I was told it would not be out until later this year. Just checking.

they aren't really new creatine's, just variations. as far as that is concerned, kre-alkalyn has been a lot of good feedback from as little as 1.5 grams daily.
