if anybody's heard of micronized creatine from interactive nutrition then mabey you could tell me what to take it with and if i need to take dextrose with it or if it already is mixed?

Micronized creatine is just creatine. Take it as you owuld any other creatine. Most likely, it is not mixed with dextrose already.
