Im 23 and 190 lb and i've never done steroids or any prohormones before, but I was thinking about taking M1T.

I read this that said the following:


"You should not take methyl-1-test if you have not used prohormones or steroids before. Methyl-1-test is for experienced users. Do not take it unless you have been using anabolics for six months minimum.

7.2: Why shouldn't I use methyl-1-test if I have not used prohormones or steroids before? I have read a lot about it.

Although it is definitely a good idea to do plenty of reading before taking methyl-1-test, this can not make up for experience. There are many things that people will learn on their first few cycles both about how they react to these compounds and how to best use them. Methyl-1-testosterone is a potent steroid, and it is generally not advisable to use the most potent compounds first. If you make mistakes with one of the weaker prohormones, they are much more forgiving than M1T is"


What do you guys think about this? Did any of you use M1T before anything else and find it forgiving if you did it propperly?

First of all, this is my inaugural post. I have been researching M1T on this site as well as others for the past couple months.
After convincing myself the positives would outweigh the negatives i began an M1T cycle 10 days ago.
- I am using 10mg of Underground Laboratories M1T per day. One pill at 5:30am/ one pill at 5:00pm.
- I am currently experieincing no side effects. I was worried that i would get acne, since i experienced it as a teenager, but to no avail.
- I am hornier than ever. (Perhaps my dosage is a little low??[I am 28yrsold/6'0"/225lbs/~15%BF). All i want to do is bang or jerk-off.
- I am extremely motivated, and energized.
- I have no joint pain, or extensive muscle soreness, other than the normal "good" soreness after an extenisve workout.

I am also taking creatine/whey protein/ multi-vitamins/ and am re-stricting carbs to less than 70-100grams, with at least 1 gram of protein per lb of bodyweight over 6 meals.

I am performing a 3 month periodized workout, targetting 1 month hypertrophy/ strength/ power phases. I started the M1T for my last month of this program. My strength has been outstanding over the last 10 days. I have been able to comfortably increase all of my weights by at least 10 lbs. If i can make a 20lb increase in all of my core exercises over a 4 week period, i will be very satisfied. (By the way...i have gained 5 lbs of presumed lean muscle mass over the last 10 days)

It is my plan to remain on the 10mg/day M1T dosage for a 4 week cycle. I am wondering if i am getting the "best of both worlds" and if that is even possible. I am seeing the strength gains w/o the sides. Perhaps my natural testosterone production is not being "shut down" at this dosage?

Anyway, i plan to use the Protein Factory 'Post Cycle" for PCT. Since its seems as if my natural testosterone production is not being fully compromised, i would not need such a strong anti-estrogenic at the prescription level.

Any thoughts.......advice????

Your natural test production is being compromised.

M1T will/can shut you down. nolva is cheap.

M1T is good shit. I personally like to dose B4 I lift.

Welcome 2 the Board. Sides may not start until after the second week.

I tried M1t several weeks ago. Prior to that I had only supplemented with whey protein. I did just a 2 week cycle of 10mg/day for 1 week and then 15mg/day for another week. I used Clomid for PCT. The only negative side effect I experienced was lower back pain. It definitely helped my training, but nothing spectacular. It seems like a good way to bust through a plateau without making yourself fat.

I have had no sode effects from M1T and I am presently on week 2 day 4, my dose is 10mg on rest days and 20 on lift days. I am using Higher Power M1T+, which has Milk Thistle, Licorice Root. I am also just starting to take ZMA at night. As for my PCT I think I'm going to just stack the following: Trib, Saw Palmetto, Chrysin. I think that this should naturally bring Test levels back up. As per sexual side effects, I am in the same boat as the guy above, all I can think about is getting laid and getting off. My libido seems unaffected. The gains have been great. Curious to see how it all continues. Any thoughts from you guys about the PCT I'm thinking about? I mean doesn't trib and chrysin do a good job anyway with test levels?
