would it be counterproductive to use a product like creatine along with Ephedra? I use both pretty much regularly and I just realized that since one is used to gain mass and the other usually to cut mass that there might be a conflict. I just love the boost I get from ephedra. I have like 2 cases of spirosome..... |

No contraindications, a bit counter productive, unless you know your body. I use them both at once as well and can still gain steadily from the creatine. .... its more-so about how you're eating.

No problem in that as long as you are not taking a mixed creatine with argine in it cause then they would counteract eachother. But if yourr gonna take ephedra take it in a 10mg ephedrine to 200mgcaffein ratio
