need to build up muscles mass/density, honestly how good is protein powder? what have you gained/lossed by using it and how long have any positive/negative effects lasted for you?

That's assuming that all bodies are the same and maybe for the average fat slug out there 35 grams is all they can handle, but someone who is carrying a lot of muscle on their frame probably can handle more than that. The digestive system has a way of adapting, but it is best to eat more often so that most of the protein is not simply passed through as waste.

ok guys! i did do some reasearch... and soy protein DOES in fact cause gyno. well, its not like u eat soy protein and BOOM u got boobs, it lowers your testosterone levels. however, there are many positive health benefits from soy protein as well but personally...ill stick to my whey n' such
